Editorial contact and corrections
Send an editorial correction, feedback or general publication question. This is not a customer-support route for eSIM services.
Corrections, editorial feedback and general enquiries
Roamcraft welcomes corrections, clarification requests and substantive editorial feedback. If you believe an article contains an error, omission or misleading statement, please explain what you found, where it appears (article title and a short quote if helpful), and provide any sources or steps we can use to reproduce the issue. We prioritise verifiable reports that include device model, software/version where relevant, the country or region where the observation occurred, and steps to reproduce. Doing so helps us resolve issues faster and improves the resource for all readers.
How to contact us
For corrections, editorial questions and general information, send email to [email protected]. We do not provide eSIM customer support through this address. If you need account-specific help, activation assistance or billing support for a commercial service, contact that service’s official support channels directly; Roamcraft does not manage or operate those services.
What to expect when you write
When you report a correction or submit detailed feedback, we will acknowledge receipt and let you know whether the issue requires a minor edit, a substantive correction or follow-up research. Substantive corrections are published with a short correction note describing the original statement, the change and the reason. We will also indicate the date the correction was made. If you are reporting a technical discrepancy and want follow-up testing, include device details, software versions and the exact steps you performed. Community-sourced reports that include reproducible steps are extremely helpful.
Editorial queries and pitches
If you have an editorial query, a request to propose a guest piece or a suggestion for coverage, outline the topic, the experience you would bring to the piece and any potential conflicts of interest. We evaluate guest contributions based on editorial fit and the site’s independence standards. We do not accept content that functions as paid promotion or that requires us to endorse a commercial product.
No support for service issues
Please note again: Roamcraft is not a customer-support channel for eSIMs, carriers or device manufacturers. We cannot access account details, billing records or provisioning information. For help that requires access to your account or private service data, contact your service provider or device manufacturer directly.
Response times and privacy
We aim to respond to substantive editorial reports within a reasonable timeframe, typically within a few business days. Occasional delays may occur during high-volume periods. When you contact us, we ask only for the information needed to evaluate the report; we do not publish private contact details in corrections without permission. If you prefer not to be named in a correction or follow-up, tell us when you send your report.
