Digital nomad connectivity magazine
Privacy policy
A plain-language account of the limited technical activity associated with this static publication.
This privacy text describes the handling of information for a static, informational website. Roamcraft is an editorial site that publishes guidance about travel connectivity and eSIM technology; it does not operate user accounts, newsletters, analytics pixels or form-processing servers for public submissions. The guidance below is focused on routine web requests and the limited interactions a visitor may have with this kind of site.
No accounts, newsletters or analytics pixels
This site does not provide user accounts, subscription newsletters or server-side forms that store submissions. There are no site-managed analytics or advertising pixels embedded under the site’s control. If you reach out to us by email, the site receives only messages that are deliberately sent by the visitor; the site does not collect information by invisible forms or background submission.
External resources and third-party requests
When a visitor’s browser requests site pages, it may request externally hosted assets such as fonts (for example, Google Fonts), a CSS framework (for example, Tailwind CSS from a CDN) or editorial photography served from remote hosts. Requests for those externally hosted resources are made directly by the visitor’s browser and are governed by those third parties’ privacy practices and policies. Such requests may include routine HTTP headers (browser type, referrer, IP address, and similar connection data) required to fetch the asset. Roamcraft does not collect or control any data handled by those third parties in responding to asset requests.
Contacting Roamcraft
If you use the contact address to email the site, your message is delivered to the site’s inbox only when you deliberately send it. The contact workflow is not a server-side form processor: clicking a contact link opens the visitor’s email application. Roamcraft only receives copies of messages that are actively sent by the user.
Local storage, theme and cookies
To provide a responsive reading experience, the site may use minimal client-side storage mechanisms such as localStorage or sessionStorage to store user interface preferences like a light/dark theme toggle. These client-side features are implemented in the visitor’s browser and do not transmit stored values to Roamcraft unless the visitor explicitly shares them. The site itself does not set persistent cookies for tracking or analytics. Any incidental cookies are limited to what a remote asset host might set when a browser requests an external resource; those cookies are managed by the third party and are subject to the third party’s policies.
External links
The site links to external resources (manufacturer documentation, carrier help pages, third-party technical references) to support transparency and allow readers to verify claims. Opening links to external sites causes the visitor’s browser to make requests to those external hosts; those hosts handle any data associated with those requests according to their own privacy policies. Roamcraft is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites linked from our content.
Content and rights
All original editorial content published on Roamcraft is copyrighted by the site. Short excerpts of third-party material used for reporting are handled under fair-use principles with attribution and links to the original source. Requests to reuse or republish substantial portions of our original content should be directed to the contact address in the Contact section.
Server logs and security
Like any publicly reachable website, the web server that delivers site pages may record routine access logs (timestamp, requested resource, HTTP status, and originating IP address) used for basic operational diagnostics and security monitoring. These logs are administrative in nature and are retained only as necessary for site operations and security. They are not used for behavioural profiling or advertising.
Children and sensitive data
This site is not intended for children and does not knowingly solicit personal data from minors. The site does not collect or process sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, financial account details or health data. If you need to share sensitive information for a reported correction or a legal reason, contact the editorial address and clearly mark the message; do not include sensitive data in public comments or unencrypted channels.
Changes to this notice
Roamcraft may update this privacy text to reflect operational changes. When substantive changes are made, we will post a dated revision note indicating what changed and why. Visitors should consult privacy.html for the current version.

A static informational page can still cause routine browser requests. Loading a stylesheet, a font or a remote photograph asks the relevant technical service to deliver that resource. This publication does not use those requests to build a marketing profile or run analytics. Roamcraft frames this as general educational guidance for travellers, not a service offer or a guarantee.
An email sent through the contact link is a deliberate communication from the visitor. The website does not operate a form-processing server; once a visitor sends an email, ordinary email handling and the information in that message apply. Roamcraft frames this as general educational guidance for travellers, not a service offer or a guarantee.
